Order Problems
Where is my order confirmation?
It will be sent to the email address you provided when you placed the order. Unfortunately, some email addresses block or sort out the autogenerated confirmation emails sent after a purchase. Double-check your spam or promotional inbox (found in Gmail) to see if it ended up there. If you still can’t find it, you may have entered the wrong email address. Send an email to support@tempofestival.se with your personal details, date/time of the purchase, and, if possible, the order number, and we will assist you.

How many gigabytes does a film use from my network?
It’s hard to give a general answer as this will vary from film to film. As a rule of thumb, you can expect that streaming at our lowest resolution will consume at least 300 MB per hour. You can choose the resolution (low, medium, or high). The price is the same regardless of the resolution you choose.

If several people are in the same household – do we need multiple online passes, or is one enough?
One online pass is enough if you are using just one device to watch.
Can I watch the festival outside Sweden?
Due to rights reasons, we cannot show our films outside of Sweden; you need to be in Sweden to access the festival.
Are the films subtitled?
Not all films are subtitled, but all films that do not have Swedish or English as the spoken language will at least have Swedish or English subtitles.
