A hallucinatory yet crystal-clear journey to an unknown place where tectonic and cinematic matter converge in a depiction of what a volcano sees, feels, and hears. Interwoven are human stories of displacement, encounters, and awe surrounding the Capelinhos eruption in the Azores in the late 1950s.

Screened together with Berre ein stein on March 5th at Rönnells antikvariat in collaboration with FetFilm, and Fluid Lagos on March 7th at Bio Aspen.

With support from The Romanian Cultural Institute.
