Robota Sweden

Ukrainian Serhii works in the construction industry in Sweden but never receives his wages. Together with the labor union, he tries to claim his rights in a system where workers unfamiliar with Swedish law are exploited repeatedly. Robota Sweden is an intense investigation into the shadow side of the construction sector, where fraud, financial crimes, and empty promises are systematized. We follow the victims’ pursuit of justice and resistance against corruption. A gripping, confrontational film that exposes exploitation happening right before our eyes.
