For Cherine, Beirut symbolizes joy, beauty, and creativity. The small vintage shop Dépôt-Vente, located in the heart of the city, embodies all of this. But outside its walls, the city is falling apart. When Cherine moves abroad, she realizes that cutting ties with home is harder than she expected. Over four years, she returns time and again to film the story of this magical store and the young people who gather there. Eventually, she comes to a realization—in life, as in Beirut, change is the only constant.
