Who holds the responsibility for integration in a country, and what does it take to reach out to a fellow human being? What first appears to be a riddle soon evolves into a social experiment. As an art hall fills with a pile of soil, visitors are confronted with a reflection of themselves. Hidden cameras capture their reactions—empathy, confusion, and action. Is something buried beneath the sand? A work that challenges our views on personal responsibility and encourages us to reflect on our own actions.
