How can documentary film and conversation create meaningful encounters between filmmakers and audiences across the country? Project manager Johan Bandholtz talks about Tempo’s initiative Landet runt, where selected films tour Sweden with director visits and discussions. Together with director Maud Nycander, whose film Nunnan – 25 år i kloster was one of the titles, he reflects on presence, trust, and documentary film as a social space.

Tempo Landet runt is funded by the Svenska Postkodlotteriets Stiftelse and the Swedish Film Institute.
