Bosnia 1983, pre-war. An anonymous cameraperson is recording people walking on the street. Many of them smile into the camera, is that a flirty glance coming from the group of girls hastily passing by? When the person who found the tape is talking to the people in the pictures a tear in spacetime opens up. A tear which makes the war separating them no longer exist. Suddenly an old man approaches with very familiar steps. The tape rewinds and time slows down. A moving film about nostalgia and 80’s haircuts.
