Tempo Documentary Festival relies on dedicated documentary enthusiasts who help us both before and during the festival. Depending on who you are and how you want to get involved, engagement can take various forms. Perhaps you could be one of our festival photographers, an adept at writing text and updating the website, or love driving in Stockholm and want to help distribute our program booklet?
During the festival, our volunteers are primarily our public face and the ones who interact with our audience. It’s an exciting and social mission where the visitor’s experience is at the forefront.

We are looking for someone who is social and independent, enjoys interacting with our audience, answering questions, checking tickets, and assisting in various ways during the week’s many film screenings, mingle events, and other festivities. In return for your shifts, you will not only work with a delightful group but also receive a festival pass, meals, and an opportunity to experience the entire festival program, including film screenings, parties, and events!
