  • Work in progress: Den acceptabla orättvisan

Tempo presents eight projects where filmmakers talk about and show clips from their upcoming documentary films. In collaboration with the Swedish Film Institute, SVT and Stockholm School of the Arts.

Since 1963, it is no longer permitted for large properties or the like to be inherited from father to eldest son. But there are exceptions – cultural heritage that would be lost in connection with sale and division. One of these exceptions is Boo’s property. The filmmaker follows the heir Carl-Fredrik Hamilton, who is up to the task of preserving the property that has been inherited since 1735. The film is a depiction of the benefits and losses of inheritance where the desire to keep the family together overcomes everything.

    Director: Karolin Axelsson
