Tempo and Sveriges Radio invite you to a day entirely dedicated to the documentary audio narration. The day is for documentary filmmakers in all genres who are curious about audio narration – experienced and inexperienced – and who want to meet new and old colleagues. Come along into the studio as two documentary makers talk about their ongoing projects and listen to a future scout – a panel discussion about the future of audio documentaries. What are the trends and what is the audience asking for?
Also take the chance to speed-date some of the country’s most qualified documentary producers. A unique opportunity to get help developing thoughts and ideas around your own project, completely unconditional.
New this year is our pitch competition for audio documentaries! Five selected projects get to pitch their idea live on stage and answer questions from a jury consisting of producers from P1, P3 and P4 Dokumentär. Winning entries take home the prize money of SEK 10,000 and two half days with a producer from Sweden’s Radio to develop their idea.
In the afternoon, there will be a playback of the nominated entries in this year’s Short Dox Radio and a P3 quiz in the bar.
Friday 10 March, 10.00-15.00, Biblioteket Live.
The day then continues at Scandic Malmen 15.15-17.15.
The day is free, but registration is required.
Register by March 7 at the latest to radio@tempofestival.se
